2020's Top Twenty Reads and Book List

2020 has been quite an adventure to say the least. One of the positives for me has been that I read more this year than ever before. I read over 150 books in 2020. That just blows my mind, but this year allowed for it since I couldn't travel or do the things I normally do, This year was truly a reading year for me.

I know this is not everyone's experience. Many avid readers haven't been able to focus or concentrate. As we all know there was plenty happening this year, so if you find yourself in this category, be patient and gentle with yourself. It will come back and maybe you can add some of these books to your TBR for when you are ready.

Normally, I do a TOP TEN list, but this year, because it's 2020 and because I read so much, I thought I would share my TOP TWENTY. Books that made it into my top twenty of 2020 are diverse in genre and there are a variety of authors. From favourite authors to debut authors and authors who were new to me. There are authors from all over the world as well as authors who identify with the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Below you will find:

- a video of the countdown of my top 20 books, with brief explanations of their greatness

- a list of my TOP TWENTY of 2020

- lastly my entire list of 154 books read in 2020.

May 2021 be filled with more great book adventures.
