Some of their chocolates look like stunning polished rocks. They are colourful with lovely textures.
There is a reason they call them gourmet chocolates. After admiring their beauty, if you can bring yourself to bite into them, they are scrumptious with many different flavours and fillings to choose from.

If you salivate at the idea of chocolate experiments, look no further! Denver has the Chocolate Lab where mad scientists are mixing science and chocolate. The result is incredible! They are known for their truffles. I tried the lavender, rosemary, parmesan, and earl grey tea. All of them divine!
I look forward to returning to dine at their restaurant. Of course, I plan on keeping a close eye on that dessert menu and their chocolate options.
